Meet our 2018 Ambassadors!
Laci Harper
My name is Laci Harper and I love tacos. Even more than tacos I love my husband and 4 beautiful kids. I work as a bookkeeper for a CSA farm, LaNayFerme and do design work for Valor homes, my husband’s custom home company. Life can get crazy and busy and I am grateful I have exercise as my therapy! My husband got me into biking a few years ago and it was a struggle at first to love the sport. I would tip over and hit cars, be the slowest one during every ride and finally I ended up in the ER after my first goldilocks race. I stopped drinking and eating during the race and my body shut down. Sitting in the ER room I vowed I wouldn’t let this stop me from biking. I learned when and what I should be eating, kept riding, and had some amazing friends pushing me to keep going. Here I am today ready to prove to myself that I can do hard things. I am excited for this year’s goldilocks and hope you will come ride with me!

I love biking because it’s the most fun I’ve found while exercising. Whether going for a long ride or a quick sprint — by myself or with family or friends — it’s so fun to be outdoors whisking around on a bike.
I am especially passionate about getting other women out biking — even if they haven’t done it since they were kids! Cycling is an easy activity to start again and it’s a good workout AND fun right out of the gate.
I have been a big fan of the Goldilocks ride for a while. I love that it’s getting women out riding together in a fully supported ride where you can focus on just doing your best. The furthest I’ve ever ridden was at last year’s Goldilocks ride and I can’t wait to beat that this year!
