Transfer or Withdraw
Goldilocks understands that life is unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to be changed. Goldilocks does not offer refunds, but you may transfer your registration to another person or defer your registration to another year or event for a transaction fee.
Can I pick up my friend’s packet for her?
Yes. Please bring a signed note with a picture (on your phone is fine) or copy of their license.
Is there packet pickup the morning of the event?
Yes. We will have emergency packet pickup on Saturday morning for those who could not make it any other time. Please arrive an hour before your start time in case of a long line, as we have limited resources to help with this the morning of the event.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of parking at the start/finish line for Goldilocks participants.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least a half hour before your start time. This will give you time to pump up your tires, fill your water bottles, use the restroom, and be ready to ride at your start time.
Can I leave earlier than my start time?
We do not recommend it, the rest stops along your route may not be open when you arrive.
Bathrooms?
The start/finish line and all the rest stops have plenty of gorgeous pink temporary restrooms.
How do I switch my mileage?
When you pick up your packet, let us know what distance you want to ride, and we will be glad to switch you then.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Yes. If your shirt does not fit, or we gave you the wrong size, please bring it to the event. We will be happy to exchange it there for one that is ‘just right’. (while supplies last)
Will there be ditch bags at the start line and rest stops?
Yes. Dress warm in the morning knowing you can leave your gear at any of our rest stops and we will return it to the finish line for you.
What if I need help? Have a flat? Broken chain? Tired bum or legs?
Please call our Papa Bear dispatch at 801-923-4417. Give them a call and they will come and rescue you!
Will roads be closed?
Police will hold traffic as each wave of riders leave the start line. They will continue to hold traffic until participants are spaced out enough to comfortably ride single file. Once the police drop off, please remember, you are a vehicle on the road and follow all traffic signs and signals. Ride safe!
