2019 Event Information

Price
Your registration fee of $84.99 includes: ride entry, event t-shirt, access to ride routes on RidewithGPS.com, SWAG bag, a pre-ride porridge breakfast, fully stocked aid stations, support vehicles on-course, pic-nic lunch on course or at the finish, a finishers necklace, and free event photo downloads (approximately two weeks after the ride).

Transfer, Withdraw, Refund
Goldilocks understands that life is unpredictable and that plans sometimes need to be changed. Like any event, once a registration is purchased, that money goes to work for you bringing you a wonderful start/finish line, permits for the course, purchasing supplies/materials and paying for the crew.
Goldilocks does not offer refunds, however, you may transfer your registration for a $20 fee. Please note, whoever is buying your registration must pay the $20 transfer fee + the current price of registration. You can also transfer your registration to another Goldilocks event in the same calendar year.
For example: If I’m registered for Las Vegas in October, and for some reason can no longer attend, I can transfer to Provo in September and visa versa. Goldilocks does not do transfers from year-to-year.
A Greater Cause
In 2018, Goldilocks began partnering with Operation Underground Railroad to end sex trafficking. We feel strongly that sex trafficking is wrong, and needs to be stopped. We are taking steps to raise awareness and funds.

2019 Packet Pick Up
October 24 (Thursday) – You can pick up your packet at McGhies from 3:00PM-7:00PM. McGhies will be providing FREE bike safety checks for you while you pick up your packet/swag! Ladies night will be held from 6:00PM-8:00PM this eveneing, following packet pickup.
October 25 (Friday) – Come to the West Career & Technical Academy (ride start/finish location) from 3:00PM-7:00PM for our Goldilocks Expo to pick up your packet. You’ll also be able to check out all of our great sponsors/vendors at the Expo!
Emergency* Packet pick-up: Will be from 5:30AM – 6:00AM on race day at the start/finish line.
New 2019 (CLOSED) – Purchase packet shipping to skip packet pick up! For $5, we will ship you your packet in advance so you will not need to come to packet pick up. Please bring EVERYTHING you received on your envelope. You will need all of it for your ride. You can pick up your event T-SHirt/Swag the day of you ride. Please note, PACKED SHIPPING IS NOW CLOSED.
Please note: If you paid to have your packet shipped, you will need EVERYTHING in your packet for race day. Please read over the included ride guide to help prepare for and make the most of your ride. If you had your packet mailed, you do NOT need to attend a packet pickup event. You can pick up your swag and event T-shirt before or after you ride at the Goldilocks tent.
*We must stress that the race morning packet pick up is for those who registered late, those who can not in ANY way pick up their packet nor have a friend or family member pick up their packet(with a copy of your photo ID), those who need to sign their waiver because someone else registered them, etc. This is NOT a packet pick up for those who don’t feel like getting their packet ahead of time. We have an option to mail out your packet this year if you do not want to pick up your packet in advance (closed).

Please arrive at least a half hour before your start time.
*Participants riding 100 miles should be able to maintain a minimum speed of 10 mph including time spent at rest stops in order to finish before our course closes at 5 p.m.
Ladies Night
In conjunction with Goldilocks Las Vegas, McGhies will be hosing a ladies night. McGhies is located at: 4035 S Fort Apache Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89147. Ladies Night be be held from 5PM-7PM on October 24 at McGhies immediately following packet pickup.
